Unity is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be part of the FP&A team that supports our rapidly growing organization. In this role, you will be part of a team that supports our Global R&D business to empower success of the world's creators with the most powerful and accessible real-time 3D engine. As a finance partner, you will have the opportunity to support, inform and influence financials, operational and strategic decisions that will have a real impact on the business. We are looking for people who are curious, analytical and driven individuals to roll up their sleeves to be part of our journey. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of FP&A. Responsibilities * Work effectively as a strategic business partner to report and analyze business results and communicate key takeaways, including the identification of risks and opportunities * Help us improve and implement processes to support our growth and drive efficiencies that help us scale as an FP&A team * Work cross functionally to ensure accurate reporting on all financial metrics and key performance indicators * Update and manage the team's operating models to accurately predict business performance and establish controls for resource planning * Complete annual plans, monthly forecasts and help ensure investment and resource allocations are aligned with Unity's strategic priorities * Participate in the preparation of material for Board of Director meetings, Investor meetings and internal Executive meetings * Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis as needed Requirements * Relevant experience in an analytical role (e.g. financial planning & analysis, investment banking, consulting, etc.) * Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information in an easy to understand format * Excellent analytical and organization skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Strong proficiency in Excel skills and experience with PowerPoint and Word * Experience working with financial systems (e.g. Adaptive Planning, Netsuite, Workday) Bonus Points * Experience with companies in the gaming, internet or ad-tech industry * Experience with SQL/comfort working with large data sets and creating data visualizations Who We Are Unity is the creator of the world's leading real-time 3D development platform, giving users the most powerful and accessible tools to create, operate, and monetize experiences for the real-time world.
