Job Description
We are looking for a talented content writer with a passion for emerging technologies to help tell the PolyAI story. Key Responsibilities: * Writing blog posts, one-pagers, ebooks and whitepapers about conversational AI, customer service and contact centers. * Growing PolyAIs social media presence (especially LinkedIn) by sharing lots of high quality content. * Communicating with machine learning engineers to break down complex technologies into simple, engaging stories. * Developing an understanding of enterprise AI buyers to inform engaging content. * Finding new ways to get PolyAI content in front of C-Suite and Director level enterprise executives. Who We Are Looking For: * Background and interest in technology, ideally AI * 1-2 years relevant experience, exposure in copywriting / content production * Perfect English speaker with exemplary writing and speaking skills * Experience with Hubspot * Experience with social media ads would be great * Detail-orientated with immaculate grammar and spelling * An editorial mindset that seeks to understand what enterprise audiences consume and how to effectively build this into a content plan/strategy If you think you are the right person for this role, please provide a link to your portfolio / writing samples along with a copy of your CV.
