POSITION: Customer Service Administrator SALARY: £17,250 to £20,000 BENEFITS: Salary Sacrifice Company Pension, Scheme to nominate a charity for receipt of Charitable Grant, Two Paid days - one for a retreat and one for voluntary work. HOURS: Full-time position, 35 hours per week between 8.30am and 5.30pm. Monday to Friday LOCATION: Ruddington, Nottingham, NG11 6JS THE CLIENT: Our client is a Christian Bank that has values by which the bank live and work, which leads the organisation to show genuine care and concern for colleagues, customers and suppliers. The principal business of the Bank consists of mortgage and secured lending to churches and charities that provide practical help and support to people in need both physically and spiritually. In conjunction with this the Bank provides a range of savings and investment accounts, designed to be the natural choice for churchgoers and an insurance broking service specialising in churches and charities. THE JOB OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work in our Account Management Team. You will be the "frontline" of our Bank and will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with communicating with different types of clients and on occasions be able to offer the Bank's products and services. You will be organised and able to multitask with ease. Previous experience is not necessary but being familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including Word and Excel would be advantageous. One of your core duties will include processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
