Job Description

dunnhumby is looking for a talented Marketing Manager! You will develop and own marketing programmes that articulate dunnhumby's POV and land it with the right audiences. Contribute to the creation of the overall marketing strategic agenda and goals. What you'll be doing: Work closely with the Business Unit / Function and capability leadership teams to define marketing objectives, strategies and measures. Align with leadership on messaging and creative approach. Develop, own and implement the marketing programmes that deliver against these strategies. Secure internal and external resources as needed. Optimise against key performance measures. Manage development of engaging and persuasive marketing collateral (pitch decks, videos, one pagers, web content, etc). Help evolve dunnhumby's brand with progressive design, language and technology. Develop thought leadership programmes to articulate dunnhumby's point of view on key issues. Define thought leadership strategy, identify/manage contributors, and co-ordinate publications in an editorial calendar. Utilise dunnhumby's systems and tools to develop lead generation programmes. Ensure performance metrics are collected, analysed, and progress shared with the larger organisation. Responsible for managing marketing investments to budget for events, sponsorships, paid media and external resources. Develop digital properties such as the company website, microsites and company branded social media sites. Manage relevant industry events where dunnhumby is exhibiting or sponsoring and work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure the right presence.
