We're looking for a direct marketing leader with expertise across multiple channels who is endlessly curious about experimenting with new approaches and building new channels. You'll be a creative and strategic thinker whose operational excellence translates into impactful and flawless marketing. You'll have the opportunity to conceptualize, execute and optimise Prime Video direct marketing campaigns via direct mail, email and push with a particular emphasis on amplifying the impact of our Sporting rights and supporting Europe-wide acquisition and engagement campaigns. You'll always be looking round corners for our customers, identifying avenues to reach our customers with the right message at the right time. You will have shown that you can work autonomously and be as comfortable handling details as you are thinking big. You will have demonstrable expertise in driving data-driven direct marketing strategy as well as campaign execution end-to-end including writing copy and directing creative asset creation. You will have shown you are able to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment and can deliver results at pace. Key Accountabilities: Deliver key customer lifecycle programs to deliver a step change in engagement and activation Continually optimise existing and new campaigns Own campaigns from end to end - manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, creative, content and design, planning, localization, build, execution and reporting Engage with Sport marketing teams to create and execute a direct marketing plan to showcase our live sports content and drive acquisition and engagement, supported by a continuous, meticulously planned and documented testing plan Ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard, on time and on budget Writing up proposals, testing roadmaps and campaign reviews with a monthly overall review of progress against targets Deep dive analysis working with BI to understand campaign performance Work closely with other marketing channels within Amazon to ensure key launches and partnerships are supported Identify campaigns for automation and drive these through to completion with the relevant tech teams
