We are looking for a FP&A Commercial Leader to support the analytics, forecasting and reporting to Danaher Corporate. The individual will partner closely with all Cytiva operating businesses and drive continuous improvement of the reporting process. What you'll do + Report and analyse orders, sales and margin performance across operating businesses. Understand and explain variance drivers to operating plan, previous year, previous forecast, including price and mix dynamic + Own weekly orders and sales reporting to Cytiva CEO, CFO and other members of the senior leadership team + Support orders, sales and margin budget setup and load to the systems + Enhance and increase scope of existing commercial analytics process to include all areas of commercial finance (deeper margin analytics, pricing, rebates, commissions) + Identify opportunities to build reporting functionality to allow for comprehensive commercial views (performance by segment, channel, strategic accounts, etc.) + Drive standardization and process improvement across operating businesses in all aspects of commercial planning and reporting + Partner with Commercial Finance and Finance IT teams on process digitization and enhancements for QlikSense dashboards + Support Marketing function with their financial needs. Report and analyse their performance vs budget + Support marketing team in Cytiva brand valuation analytics Who you are + Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent knowledge or experience + 5+ years of progressive financial experience focused on providing budget, forecast, and business analysis + Advanced proficiency in financial systems/applications (Hyperion, Oracle), MS excel, powerpoint + Key competencies include attention to detail, initiative, communication, analytical skills, critical evaluation, leadership, and integrity + Strong analytical skills needed to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, and distil them into insightful analysis for senior management + Business mindset: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change + Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills strongly preferred + Ability to build partnerships, influence decisions, work in a collaborative style + Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations + Creative thinking who promotes communication, fosters teamwork across the organization, and achieves consensus, excellent interpersonal skills + High degree of business acumen and ability to interface with executive management + Some travel may be required + Valid work permission Who we are Whatever your role, we bring purpose and challenge into our everyday work.
