GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES WANTED! **Full UK Driving License Required for this role** Stourport / Bewdley / Kidderminster 5 days out of 7 ( This could include weekends ) Job title: Parks and Highways Operative Pay: ?8.72ph Successful candidates must be flexible to work any 5 days a week that is required, with start and finish times ranging between 7am-10pm to cover the demands of the service especially between the summer months. Job duties: Be a visible employee at all times, having an approachable attitude to the public they must act in a professional manner due to working for a public service employer General cleansing - Litter Picking & Bin Emptying Parks Work - Mowing grass using electric and fuel powered equipment along with using strimmers and blowers safely and as trained and instructed (ideally with the necessary qualifications to be able to provide weed control) Physically fit and able to walk considerable distances throughout a day and to lift and handle heavy items such as soil and stones Ability to take instructions positively, working as part of a team, having pride in work with a good attention to detail and being responsible for completing work issued PPE will be provided IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE Industrial Workforce are responsible for placing thousands of dedicated operatives out to work every day across the Midlands. We operate from several prime locations in the area, and are likely to have an office right near you.
