Head of HR Location: Leicester or Finsbury Park Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 FTE Location and working hours The role can either be based at our Leicester or Finsbury Park, London offices. We would consider candidates wishing to work four days a week (or c30 hours) as well as full-time. The Head of HR Role We are keen to find someone who's up for the challenge of helping to grow this truly amazing organisation and working closely with the leadership team to deliver a compelling people strategy to underpin this growth. You will have the skills and experience to deliver a consistently great generalist HR service as well as the capability to design and implement initiatives as part of the organisation's ambitious strategy. As we are currently a relatively small organisation, you will be adept at delivering at both a strategic level and supporting the day to day operation. We do have ambitious growth plans so there will be no time get bored - recruitment, change projects, organisational development initiatives, employee relations advice and support are all part of the job. Requirements for the Head of HR Role You will have proven experience at delivering an HR service in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident with technology and operating at both a strategic and operational level and achieving results with a small team. * Specifically, we are looking for someone that can demonstrate the following: * CIPD qualified * Strong relationship management skills with the credibility to challenge and coach others * Proven experience at managing a HR service and meeting targets * Significant organisational development experience * Good knowledge of latest HR technology trends and their application * Demonstrable ability to provide commercially focused HR advice and hands on support If you feel you are suitable for the Head of HR position, please apply now.
