Join an exceptional, award winning Adult Integrated Respiratory (AIR) Team in East Berkshire. Finalist in Nursing Times Award 2018, Innovative Team Award (Frimley Park Foundation Trust) and headed up by a Consultant Nurse (awarded Respiratory Nurse Leader by ARNS, 2018). The specialist respiratory service is delivered at home, community and in hospital settings for patients with various long term respiratory conditions. The emphasis of our work is to provide intelligent compassionate care to patients and their family through pulmonary rehabilitation, admission avoidance, supported discharge from hospital, oxygen service, psychological therapies, and palliative care. We work closely with Primary and voluntary care providers. In response to our proven success the AIR Service is expanding significantly.
