As part of our team, you will work flexibly and creatively to establish what's needed to have the most positive impact for people who use services. No two days are the same. Every person who comes into our service is treated as an individual so understanding the importance of a whole person approach along with being curious, a good listener, a clinically robust practitioner and having a flexible approach are essential skills. You will develop and lead the psychology service, ensuring that psychological perspectives are central to everyone's thinking. You will support the empowerment of teams and individuals to increase knowledge, skills and professional confidence around the needs of the people who access our services. Through consultancy, reflective practice, team formulation, training and clinical case management, you will help the wider team create an innovative and effective trauma-informed service. You will be supported by the Services Manager and by a wider network of psychologists who work within the charity under the supervision of our national lead. The salary range for this role is 53,168 - 62,001 per annum, pro rata.
