An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Medical Secretary post in Ophthalmology within Universities Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. We are seeking to appoint a Medical Secretary with the following skills and experience:- * Working in a Medical Secretary role * Experience in a customer facing role * Excellent communication skills, particularly over the telephone with people at all levels * Excellent customer service * Ability to stay calm under pressure * Good team player who is also able to work on own initiative * Professional approach * Flexibility and commitment You will need to be proficient in the use of standard Microsoft Office packages. In addition to this, experience in the use of patient administration systems would be advantageous. This is a full time post this may include working evenings and weekends to be based in University Hospital, Coventry.
