About this role The role of the Global Deployed RCA (Risk, Compliance and Assurance) team is to be accountable for assurance over and advice and coaching on the implementation of the BT risk management and compliance strategy and framework in both Global and Regions; and managing the "traffic" of work done by central RCA teams, including Internal Audit, with Global and Regions. The Processes and Reporting Specialist will drive consistency, robustness and effectiveness across the reporting in Global and Regions and will support the delivery of the Deployed RCA work to the required standards. This role will drive the 'traffic control' process to ensure the RCA Senior Manager Region roles are able manage the "traffic" of work for their Region of focus effectively. You'll have the following responsibilities * Tailor and run RCA processes in the Regions to achieve efficiencies (liaise with the RCA Operations Directorate and introduce automation where required). * Provide training/ coaching support on new RCA processes to the Front Line and first line when required. * Test/ assure how the procedures are applied in practice and whether the minimum requirements are fit for purpose. * Drive/ monitor implementation of any improvement programmes identified by the Global RCA Director or the Regional RCA Senior Managers. * Provide data and system requirements to the RCA Operations team in support of the selection of a new GRC system to serve wider BT. * Drive implementation of a new GRC system in the Global and Regions environment. * Tailor data management for Global and the Regions to the requirements set by RCA Operations * Set up/ design any additional mandatory requirements which might be dictated by the Regional operating model. You'll have the following skills & experience * Experience with risk management, assurance and the three lines of defence model within a complex international organisation. * Ability to interpret data into meaningful visualised insight, to inform decision making. * Experience with managing systems and tools in a specialised environment and delivering excellent customer service. * Ability to act as coach and mentor for other team members. * Experienced in facilitating / delivering learning programmes across senior teams / business unit * Experience delivering against individual targets and monitoring of team SLAs and KPIs. * Experience of conducting analysis and designing reports.
