Job Description

This is a high-energy sales role with a focus on finding and converting new potential customers across the UK and European region. You will contribute to Disperse hyper-growth by helping to acquire new clients. We are looking for driven professionals who are willing to strongly contribute and ready to work in a fast build & learn environment. You will gain experience interacting with prospective clients of all levels and in an industry ready for transformation. In this role, you will: * Drive revenue generation for Disperse through qualifying and closing new and existing businesses * Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new sales opportunities - Account mapping and planning * Understand lead qualification and work with sales development reps to refine processes and accuracy through data driven decisions * Be able to execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success * Work closely with Marketing to provide essential feedback on lead generation quality and Marketing operations * Develop strong relationships with key clients that will generate revenue as new features go-to-market * Identify prospect needs, understand business drivers behind requests, and explain the Disperse value proposition * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast Requirements You should apply if you have: * Previous 4+ years experience in the SaaS or Construction industry, in an Account Executive role or similar * Ability to be recognized as a true team player internally in the company, and trusted business advisor externally. * You have strong written and verbal communication skills when dealing with different stakeholders, from line managers to C levels. * Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals * Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment * Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process * Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the company and sales organization * Extremely proactive and upbeat with strong organizational skills * Bachelors degree or higher level of education Benefits * Experience firsthand what it takes to scale up an AI startup * Competitive compensation * Friendly, open and transparent culture * Health insurance (Vitality + Gym membership discounts) * Pension scheme * Flexible working hours / ability to work from home * Choose your work equipment / devices: your local office will provide you with options to choose from to help you set up the systems and work environment that will keep you happy and productive * Central London location (Tottenham Court Road) * Regular socials, and team retreats to amazing destinations (Tbilisi, Kiev...
