Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity on a permanent basis for a key leadership role in managing Outpatient Therapy Services. You will support the Head of Therapy Professions and Associate Director of Therapies in the realisation of the Trust's and Divisions strategies, vision and values, supporting the delivery of high quality patient focused care, in a safe and sustainable way. The Outpatient Therapy Services Manager will be a member of the Divisional Management Team, working effectively with fellow Therapy Services Managers and Divisional General Managers to deliver quality services for patients, efficiently. There is a specific focus on visible, accessible and strong clinical leadership; service quality and development; and the patient's experience of safe, timely and effective care.
