Job Description
What we're looking for: Here at Green Flag, we're turning our brands into digital leaders and we're on the lookout for a Senior QA Engineer to be part of our journey. We're looking for a dedicated leader that is a true subject matter expert in the QA field who will drive our quality agenda across the department through technology process and innovation! Who you'll be working with: You'll manage coach and develop a high performing team of 10 QA Engineers as well as working side by side with the rest of the Digital department. What you'll be doing: * Manage and build a resilient and high-performing team who are capable of understanding and delivering on the Digital vision and strategy, creating a culture of continuous improvement and career progression ownership. * Responsible for working with and influencing relevant stakeholders across the business, ensuring the appropriate level of stakeholder engagement capability also exists within their own teams. * Supports the relationship with 3rd parties (QA engineering) working on Digital projects, ensuring 3rd party deliveries are formally scoped, and delivery is within budget and to agreed milestones and quality plans * Lead QA engineering across all projects within Digital (including software reviews, tools and solution design and maintenance and infrastructure design and operation). * Manages technology architectures across Digital for all engineering functions and drive capability and competency across all teams. * Execute quality assurance engineering approach and technology strategy roadmap. * Drive Agile QA engineering approach and best practice principles across the team What we'll give you: Join us and you'll find yourself in the middle of one of the most on-the-go teams in the business, working with industry leaders on huge household brand names.
