Job Description
DevOps Lead Salary: £Competitive + excellent benefits (pension, healthcare, life insurance, bonus etc.) Location: UK based, flexible, depending on experience About the role This is a brand-new role within a rapidly expanding global group of companies. The DevOps lead will work with our enterprise platforms to deliver custom integration and development projects. This work will cover a wide range of platforms and solutions including data warehousing, API development, custom reporting and scripting. What you'll do * Develop custom solutions to integration and development projects * Manage existing DevOps platforms and deliver future requirements (SQL data warehouse) * Be open and proactive to business needs and find solutions to those needs within the system * Be an ambassador for the BSG team, demonstrated through vision and execution * Take a highly "hands-on" approach to problem solving About you * Ideally have 3+ yrs. DevOps experience from an IT background * Microsoft reporting service experience * Microsoft SQL server experience * Experience in API development, data warehousing and custom reporting * Ability to demonstrate cross-business understanding * Pro-active, can-do self-starter who continuously looks for opportunities to improve solutions or development new capabilities to meet emerging business needs Benefits We offer a creative, supportive environment with a uniquely diverse career structure where you will be able to continuously develop.
