Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Learning Business Partner to oversee the strategy and delivery of the full range of learning and development solutions for Close Brothers Asset Management. The Learning Business Partner will be responsible for a wide range of initiatives with a focus on managing the learning requirements for a critical business change programme, to generate a positive client experience through the increase in user knowledge, skill and competence. You will be working closely with the HR Business Partners and wider business teams to ensure learning requirements are met and in line with business and employees objectives. Key Responsibilities * Work collaboratively with a wide range of internal stakeholders to understand and manage the product, technical and process training requirements for a major internal transformation programme. * Work closely with key stakeholders across business leadership teams and within the HR team to regularly review the overall learning agenda, identify short and long term learning needs and work collaboratively to deliver relevant solutions. * Design and delivery of appropriate learning solutions including product, technical and behavioural development utilising our 70/20/10 framework and learning management system where appropriate, as well as practical and engaging workshops. * Drive innovative learning intervention design, including blended and digital learning. * Manage and support members of the L&D team. * Liaise with third party suppliers and internal subject matter experts as required to keep course content up to date and aligned with the business strategy. * Ensure the business induction programme for new starters is kept current. * Identify coaching and mentoring requirements in development discussions with the HRBPs and business leadership teams, and facilitate the implementation of these relationships. * Manage the learning and development budget to ensure effective solutions are delivered and continually measured. Regulatory Responsibilities (Compliance/T&C) * Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
