Marys Meals International is delighted to be recruiting for a Programme Partners Support Officer to provide effective operational and administrative support to the Marys Meals school feeding partner programmes. Working closely with our partners, you will also work in partnership with colleagues in the wider Programmes team and other MMI functions to ensure our programme partners are fully supported in their work. With a genuine desire to serve our mission, you will contribute to continuous improvement projects and share best practice to ensure quality, stewardship and simplicity in our programmes. Reporting to our Head of Partner Programmes, you will be skilled in developing effective and trusting relationships and will be a key contact for programme partners in your area. You will develop a deep understanding of our programmes and proactively analyse our data to support continuous improvement across our programmes. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in planning and supporting programme expansions to reach more children who are waiting for Marys Meals. This a busy, fast paced role where no two days are the same and you may be a required to travel to programme countries, when the need arises. Other key areas of responsibility include: * ensuring programmes are delivered in line with agreed plans/budgets and are aligned to our school feeding and delivery models; * working with partners in preparing and monitoring annual programme budgets and plans; * supporting partners, to strengthen community engagement and commitment to the programme; * exploring and assessing new partner programme opportunities and review existing partner programmes, as required; * support awareness raising activities for external use, funding proposals and reporting, and collecting and sharing information relating to supporters and fundraising, as needed; and * administering requests for programmatic support that come into Marys Meals. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be degree qualified or equivalent, with proven experience of developing collaborative relationships in a culturally sensitive manner. You will bring a solutions focussed approach and possess strong report writing and presentation skills. Experience of development work, common planning tools and experiencing of liaising with government and partner community groups would be beneficial, but not essential.
