" We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our Estate Care team as a static Estate Care Operative based at our Kennaway Estate (N16 Hackney) London. As an Estate Care Operative you will deliver high quality estate care and cleaning services to our estates. Working for the Estate Care Manager, you will be expected to be able to work on your own and within a team. You will help to maintain a safe and secure environment and uphold our Health & Safety standards. You will need to be confident in your own ability as an Estate Care Operative, but also be approachable and friendly to our residents. You may be required occasionally to deal with challenging situations and so resilience is key to success in this post. Previous experience within a similar role is essential in applying for this post.
