Senior Program Manager (Heavy & Bulky Products) Amazon in London is looking for a Senior Product Manager Heavy/Bulky, who incorporates a solid business understanding and top-notch analytical skills with the technical background to become one of the contributors for cross-product line development, and to recommend how to improve processes and tools. In this role, you will closely work with technical teams across the world as well as the local business teams. Your responsibilities: Drive profitable growth of the Heavy/Bulky program across EU Ensure development of key features to drive customer experience & profitability Work with categories to align on growth and margin targets across EU Drive global alignment of Heavy/Bulky businesses Analyze performance and make clear recommendations for business actions Drive development of business metrics and analytics: audit the existing metrics and suggest new KPIs to track continuous improvement; scope out the new reporting requirements; adopt and automate new reporting from our Data Warehouse (SQL) and present the new metrics to the business stakeholders Making recommendations for new policies and processes improvements, including: understand the current supply chain and product management processes; help optimize product catalog integration; work with the development teams to contribute to improve the current business management systems; audit the current business processes and copy best practices from other product lines or Amazon countries; work on key projects that focus on process automation; develop tools in Excel, BI (SQL) to facilitate process improvement short term The EU Heavy/Bulky PM team manages the EU program that drives CX, delivery experience, expansion of services, growth and profit for all products that require special handling. In collaboration with Supply Chain, Amazon Logistics, DEX, Tech Teams and Retail Teams world-wide, we drive projects with the goal to make Amazon the best place for customers to buy high-involvement, high-value products. The Senior PM H/B will be the voice of our customer, identify opportunities and defects, find solutions, prioritize projects, own business KPIs and work with multiple partner teams to improve both our CX and bottom line to create a sustainable growing business. To be successful in this role you will excel in Ownership, Bias for Action and Dive Deep whilst you will need to Earn Trust with multiple stakeholders in order to drive your projects forward and Deliver Results. You will have experience of stakeholder and project management, and be effective in communication and relationship building at all levels of the organisation. You will be an enthusiastic problem solver, analytically strong and comfortable in the detail - whilst being able to think strategically to drive scalable innovation for longer term customer experience and profitability gains. The role reports to the Category Leader for the Kitchen and Major Appliances categories business within UK Hardlines. It is an Individual Contributor role with multiple senior stakeholders and a high business profile.
