Description Quantum Compliance is a rapidly growing Fire and Health and Safety Consultancy, based in London and the Midlands, but national in focus. Our clients are wide-ranging and predominantly include multi-site organisations from a variety of key business sectors including, residential and commercial property management, retail, and service organisations. We are currently seeking to hire Fire Safety Consultants (employed/freelance) who are experienced in conducting fire risk assessments within the residential and commercial property management sectors. Working with some of the best property clients in the UK, you will take ownership of and work with clients to provide first-class consultancy services. Our immediate requirement is to hire additional team members who are based in the northern Home Counties/Midlands region. Requirements You will ideally hold a fire safety consulting role working within the residential and / or commercial property sectors. Fire Safety: * You will have IFE membership (ideally a registered IFE fire risk assessor). * You will have experience of conducting fire risk assessments within residential and commercial property management sectors. * You will also be competent (demonstrated through experience and qualification) in conducting health and safety risk assessments as we undertake both services for some of our residential property clients.
