Job Description We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Operations Manager in London who will work closely with the Business Development team, a group of highly motivated young professionals who generate curiosity with Talent Acquisition prospects from the world's top brands. You will be a critical part of driving revenue potential by creatively generating leads and growing the sales pipeline. Your main responsibility is to secure qualified meetings across leads in Europe through outreach campaigns by: * Creating strategic leads lists, together with an intern you will manage * Designing and crafting email campaigns and sequences for the sales team in the UK and France * Actively engaging with prospects to warm up their interest and secure meetings and warm the leads; * Researching companies in order to brief the sales team on the sales potential and talking points; * Creating and adapting customised sales collateral Qualifications * 2-4 years relevant work experience in business development - sales, operations and/or support * Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and French * Proven track record in generating generate leads * Outstanding email drafting skills using persuasive language * Hustler attitude, not easily taking no for an answer * Strong attention to details * Top notch organisational and time management skills * Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) Additional Information Competitive salary based on profile How to Apply: 1.
