Job Description Who you are You are a UX Designer who is passionate about crafting amazing user experiences, with proven narrative, conceptual, and design best practices. You are comfortable working on challenging problems and complex workflows, designing UI's for multiple devices, crafting compelling brand narratives, and visualizing information across a wide range of domains and user personas. You have strong iterative design skills, including sketching, rapid prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. You are an inspired mentor and leader and enjoy building and leading teams. You enjoy teaching others and helping to cultivate strong culture and processes across teams, clients and the CG organization as a whole. What you'll be doing Your tasks will include facilitating human-centered design activities, defining a conceptual framework for interfaces, building prototypes of varying fidelity, and analyzing designs. You will work closely not just with members of the design and technical teams, but also with other stakeholders in the organization, leveraging data science and user research to be a primary advocate for user-centered design and strategic thinking. You will also work directly with customers and the user research team to design end-to-end experiences supporting participatory and iterative design techniques including customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover actionable insights. Qualifications Ability to craft intuitive and happy user experiences across multiple journeys within complex frameworks Ability to rapidly prototype across different medias Ability to work well as a member of interdisciplinary teams of engineers, UI designers, and researchers Ability to think, sketch and innovate within collaborative settings with internal teams and external clients Proficiency in developing wireframes, information architecture and full heuristic site experiences Strong experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision Experience with one of the following or comparable prototyping tools: Axure, Proto.io, Flinto, Balsamiq, UXPIN, OmniGraffle Bachelor's or advanced degree in human-computer interaction, communication design, design or related discipline Passionate student of data driven design and UI / UX best practices Experience in enterprise design a plus Please include a link to online portfolio, website or samples of work Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
