Job Description
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, WE WILL PROVIDE FULL TRAINING We have a pool of employers who are looking to employ someone for the role Trainee Bookkeeper. The candidate does not need to have any previous Accounting or Bookkeeping experience since all the necessary training required for the role will be provided. If the candidate successfully completes all the training, they will be guaranteed a job. This is due to a severe skills shortage we are currently facing. If you are looking for a route into the finance industry but do not have any experience, skills or qualifications, but you a) are interested to pursue a careeer in accounting or bookkeeping b) are fully committed to study and learn the skills required, c) are a quick and structured learner, then you could be just the person we are looking for. We are looking to onboard someone with the right attitude and we will provide the necessary training, hands-on-experience, certifications and then, once completed we will guarantee a job.. Our training and upskilling process runs for a period of 12 months (approximately) and this is done online (at your own convenience). We then provide practical training and work experience, which occurs in class and on weekends, over 12 weeks. This means that the candidate can continue with their existing work & personal schedules, however will be required to commit a certain number of weekends over that period of time.
