Job Description An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, professional and energetic Business Development Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team at Home Instead - Wimbledon & Kingston, the largest Home Instead office in the country and the biggest Homecare provider in the world. A dynamic, ambitious and growing company rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, enjoying an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality personalised care, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who has the same core values, ethos and passion for care as we do. We are looking for someone who wants to help us take a successful Home Care service to the next level, building upon the solid foundations already in place. Delivering a very different Home Care service: all calls 1 hour minimum, high consistency of matched and trained caregivers for all clients, arriving on time and staying the full length of the call, puts Home Instead in a unique position and offers a value proposition unrivalled in the market place. The Business Development Manager is expected to:- Research, identify, contact, approach and develop relationships with decision makers, commissioners and significant health & social care professionals. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by growing, maintaining, influencing and leveraging your network. In conjunction with the HISC Leadership and Senior Management Team, develop marketing plans, detailing weekly, monthly and yearly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals, engagement, relationships and awareness. Research, schedule and successfully execute regular community marketing events including fairs, exhibitions and any other events that would promote our services to the public. Work with our Recruitment Team to create joined up messaging and Social Media campaigns. To develop a social media strategy to promote Home Instead and engage with our community. Qualifications * First class team player * Customer service focus * Ability to think on a strategic level and align projects to business goals. * Implement and monitor a structured system of plans. * Ability to communicate well, laterally and vertically within the organisation.
