Commercial Property Manager - Are you looking for a part-time opportunity either working 2-3 days a week or reduced hours over a 5 day week? We have an opportunity available for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join an established consultancy based in Southampton. You will be overseeing a portfolio of commercial assets, including retail units, offices, and industrial sites. Role & responsibilities of Commercial Propety Manager * Carrying out rent & lease reviews * Service Charge Management and Budgeting * Site inspections, ensuring compliance with all legal documentation * Proactive and reactive maintenance * Dealing with contractors and attending tenant meetings Skills & experience of Commercial Property Manager * Ideally MRICS qualified but not essential * 3 Years plus Commercial Management experience * A full working knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 * Experience in preparing budgets, lease & rent reviews * Excellent communication and organisation skills Salary & Benefits: * Part time opportunity to either work 2-3 days a week or reduced hours over 4-5 days * neg depending on experience * 25 days starting holiday (pro-rata) * Pension To Apply: For further information or to apply please contact Andrew Lambert on 02382 354100 or click Apply Now.
