THE ROLE: A new opportunity has arisen for a commercial litigation lawyer to join an established team based in their South Coast office. You will be working on diverse matters including all aspects of commercial litigation from general contractual to commercial and agency disputes. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years commercial litigation experience, a strong academic background and a proven track record gained within a top regional or a well-regarded national firm. You will have an understanding of professional negligence, be able to translate complex and technical information and have an aptitude for business development to assist the growth of the team.
