Job Description
An outstanding opportunity for a driven energy sales professional to join an Award Winning Global energy brokerage based in Wandsworth, London. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of existing client accounts and will take pride in developing these business relationships to further expand the business offering and services provided. Ideal experience would include business development/sales/stakeholder for customers or clients working in the UK or in the following energy markets: Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands and Nordic area. Requirements Responsibilities will include: * Promoting the services and products of the business. * Identifying potential new customers and developing new relationships with clients in an effort to grow business and help grow market share * Maintaining existing business through building relationships with clients * Distributing relevant prices to clients via phone and messenger * Identifying interesting trading opportunities to your clients * Thinking critically & communicating clearly with clients * Ensuring attention to detail to minimise errors * Being aware of current regulatory guidelines and processes. * Any ad hoc business support when required. Ideal qualifications, skill sets and experience: * Energy trading markets/commodity trading experience ideal. * Experience of Energy markets highly advantageous. * Experience in a similar role business development/sales/broker is essential. * Strong customer focused, business development/sales experience and skill sets. * Excellent and articulate communication skills. * Confident, professional and approachable persona. * Strong IT skill sets including Excel and VBA experience ideal. * Focused and goal-oriented * Willing to travel for work * A morning person (our markets open at 6:30GMT) * Outgoing and confident * Skilled with languages * Fluent Italian/French/Spanish/German language capabilities is a plus ***Fluent Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, German language skills are an extra bonus for this role*** Benefits Whats in it for you? * Competitive salary * Pension matching as part of auto-enrolment * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Ongoing training and development; we want you to be the best you can be * Work in leafy Wandsworth, with free breakfast and a stunning new office space If you have the relevant energy background or career experience skill sets and would like to know more about the above opportunity, then please apply now.
