The employer's Influencer Relationship Management (IRM) software platform and Discover influencer database analyses millions of tweets and blog posts, creating a tailored database which clients can use to identify, track and engage with digital influencers. As companies start to move away from blanket advertising or traditional PR to more sophisticated comms strategies, we provide the tools they need to engage with credible influencers to increase brand awareness, improve brand reputation or drive policies & issue management. Who do we work with? We work with global brands such as Microsoft, IBM, Amazon, British Airways, World Economic Forum, Coca-Cola, The Gates Foundation as well as PR agencies such as WE Comms, Ogilvy and many non-profits and governmental organisations to help them scale their influencer engagement. Where are we? Our office is in London Bridge, close to the Shard and walking distance from Borough Market so we're offering a great location in a lively part of town with good transport links. Job Description As a member of the employer's client-facing insights team, you will play a key role in the future success of the company, helping clients globally maximise the full value from using our services, delivering insight reports and driving revenue from your customer base. The role will be a hybrid of Account Management and Analyst work so that you are leading the production on your accounts and also building client relationships and our value proposition. As we are a start-up (albeit a mature one) your remit will always be varied and challenging, ranging from deep influencer analysis & social media insights reporting to day-to-day customer interaction meeting with senior decision makers such as Marketing or Comms Directors. Reporting to the Client Services Director you will be expected to fulfil the duties described below: Insights Analysis - Analyse and develop influencer insights, market insights and media analysis - Write insight reports for clients including writing key findings and identifying actions - Identify / validate social influencers for brand & PR campaigns - Configure our software for clients and for internal analysis - Develop insights to power our sales & marketing efforts Account Management - Day-to-day account lead and responsible for account performance & strategic direction. - Configure our software for clients and provide product training - Proactive customer service support - Accountable for retaining revenue and identifying any upsell opportunities - Build great relationships with Software users and key decision makers Key Skills & Requirements We're a friendly bunch who work hard to provide our clients with the best support and platform possible. Ability to be a self-starter and use your initiative Strong analytical skills and insight-mindset Good report writing skills, able to tell a story and use visuals well Experience of using Excel and PowerPoint on a regular basis Fluent and well-written English is essential Detail oriented with excellent teamwork skills Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Capable of handling multiple priorities Good communication skills and willingness to present Experience of working with social media data preferred but not essential KPIs - Deliver projects to time and to quality that meet client briefs to support renewals. - Build effective relationships with key clients - Work with the wider team on this account to ensure work is delivered to time and quality - Improve Client Satisfaction to retain account revenue
