Job Description Job Overview: In this role, you will be a key member of the Prozero Team. You will assist the development and implementation of the company's strategy. Key Job Responsibilities * Assist in the identification and development of improvements to the business through the IMS * Provide support to the Prozero team in order to achieve excellent safety, health, environmental and quality standards across the business * Assist in the managing of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in establishing, implementing and maintaining the IMS in accordance with both business requirements and the requirements of the relevant standards * Take ownership of the companies Information Systems and Business Continuity ISO standards in conjunction with the IT Manager and the Managing Director * Assist in the preparation of ISO assessments/management plans * Assist in the management of external audit function with our accreditation auditors * Assist in processing ISO audits to ensure timely and accurate performance levels are met * Communicate, liaise and negotiate with customers, clients, supply chain contacts and operational team members to ensure compliance with ISO standards * Assist in delivering and implementing ISO standards both internally and on our client's projects as required * Provide support in relation to document control and improvement requests within the IMS * Provide support in relation to creating and issuing ISO reports to operational teams across the business * Assist in the development of ISO Communications, products and training content as required * Complete internal quality audits in support of our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 compliance * Undertake other ad-hoc research projects in support of the Prozero strategy of the board led by the Managing Director * Administer sub-contracting vetting * Other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time in support of the strategy of the company Key Performance indicators * Production of satisfactory KPI/Benchmark/Dash-boarding Reports. * Research and conclusions to the satisfaction of the Managing Director from the projects undertaken * Successful implementation of the company's issues management software (non-technical) and a system of high level reporting to the satisfaction of the Managing Director. * Satisfaction of Q&E Manager & H&S Manager & Managing Director Qualifications Attributes/Experience Essential * Excellent interpersonal skills * Able to work to tight timescales * Substantial experience using MS Office * Modern computer usage skills * Team oriented * Proactive in prioritising own workload * Excellent planning and organising skills * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Methodical * Effective analytical and critical thinking skills * Good verbal and written communication skills Desirable * Knowledge of the construction/fit out industry * Knowledge of ISO's 9001, 14001, 22301 and 27001 standards * Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 Additional Information * Flexible working hours * Competitive Salary * Pension * Payment Protection Insurance * Death In Service Insurance * Live Better, Feel Better * Westfield Health Care Plan with Surigal Choices Qualifications: Attributes/Experience Essential Excellent interpersonal skills Able to work to tight timescales Substantial experience using MS Office Modern computer usage skills Team oriented Proactive in prioritising own workload Excellent planning and organising skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Methodical Effective analytical and critical thinking skills Good verbal and written communication skills Desirable Knowledge of the construction/fit out industry Knowledge of ISO's 9001, 14001, 22301 and 27001 standards Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 Responsibilities: Job Overview: In this role, you will be a key member of the Prozero Team.
