Job Description
Systems Administrator needed to help us revolutionise core banking. About Yobota At Yobota, we believe that financial products and services should be flexible, intelligent and about the customer. Our product is a fast and flexible cloud-based operating platform that enables financial services providers to create innovative products and as a result, improve the financial lives of millions of people. In 2018, we enabled our first client, Chetwood Financial, to launch their Live Lend and Smart Save brands, as well as the one-of-kind Reward Loan. Their entire business is run on our platform. We are looking for a Devops / SRE, someone who loves working on, and learning more about, a variety of technologies and who will roll up their sleeves and crack on with the management of the services and our environments from our various cloud providers. As a heavy cloud services usage company we are looking for someone who has an understanding of the cloud and its ecosystem. Ideally someone who can create a standard build of laptops (running Windows and Ubuntu) and Macs with restrictions and controls. Manage internal and cloud based networks. Requirements Cloud experience, ideally with AWS Certification and Heroku know-how. Experience with or understanding of pipelines, CI/CD Experience with Git Bash / Python scripting Jenkins or other CI/CD tool IaC Docker or understanding of virtualization Linux Good network knowledge A love of technology Proactive attitude and "not afraid to get hands dirty" mindset Bonus Points Fargate / ECS Audit and regulatory experience Benefits The way of Yobota We love solving complex problems, which is why we have harboured a learned organisation environment.
