As a Manager, you will be working hands in hands with Senior Managers and Associate Directors in managing the project delivery, coaching the project members, managing high level communication with clients, researching on the new market trends and developing new consulting products or services. As a Senior Manager, you will be working proactively with Associate Directors and Partners in business development, managing multiple projects or large complicated project, solution quality assurance, coaching the project members, managing high level communication with clients, leading the research on the new market trends, developing thought leadership, developing new consulting products or services, building and developing team. Job Scope includes but not limited to: Process: Working with clients on strategic business issues in the process areas of H2R(HR lifecycle end to end processes) Selection: Facilitating an objective, fact-based process to weigh the most viable options for integrated systems (e.g. SAP On-premise, cloud talent or hybrid etc,.) and/or best-of-breed, point solutions Implementation: Assessing, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting SAP HCM/Successfactors system components to meet business requirements Requirements: * Degree holder preferably in Computer Science, Management Information System or similar qualifications; * 5-8 years of relevant experience as a HRIS manager, management information system manager, business analyst, solution architect or other consultant-like roles working in IT or management consulting firms, Big 4 accounting firms or any large complex organization; * End-to-end experience in implementing SAP HCM; * Portal(OA or other BPM platform) integration implementation experience, HCM related management consulting experience will be a plus; * Meticulous attention to detail, superb organization skills, and strong sense of ownership; * Ability to work with cross organizational users - HR, Finance, Sales, Supply chain and IT, etc - to identify opportunities and drive them to resolution translate client issues into solutions that address complex situations; * In-depth understanding in HCM business and management consulting * Strong business acumen to shape client potential requirements/pain-points into solid projects; * Excellent skills in proposal development from strategy to operation to implementation; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
