Job Description

Tonic are searching for a Pastry Chef, for a key client's Michelin starred restaurant business located in Birmingham. The business is truly at the top of their game and is looking to push the standard continually. The successful Pastry Chef will have autonomy within their role, but also full support and backing from the owners. Our client is looking for the successful Pastry Chef candidate to exhibit the following qualities - * They have stable work histories, any short durations can be explained due to valid reasons * They are passionate about food and hospitality * They are innovative and keep up with current food trends * They are team focused and driven to be the best they can be * They can manage a section during busy service and ensure that dishes are delivered consistently and efficiently This is not a role for a Chef who has not worked pastry at this level in the past, the successful candidate MUST have Michelin OR 2 AA Rosette restaurant Pastry experience.
