Job Description Job Description We are looking for Care Assistants who have kind, compassionate hearts, who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients in Leek and surrounding areas. As a CARE Assistant you will provide a variety of services to help clients remain independent in their own home. You don't need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver as full training will be provided. However, it would be useful to have some experience of caring or interacting with older people. This could be caring for a family member or caring experience from volunteering. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. We are looking for people who are reliable, trustworthy and respectful. The role of care assistant is both enjoyable and rewarding. Qualifications You will have the opportunity to undertake the Care Certificate and progress onto nationally recognised qualifications, if you chose. You will receive support from the team for your ongoing continuous development.
