Due to continued growth, our Client, a Wem based manufacturer and supplier of unique, market leading, high performance,environmentally friendly, innovative technologies and equipment seek to recruit a customer services specialist. The ideal candidate in this role will: Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter etc Provide International Sales and Marketing Support Provide prompt help and advice to customers that use,or potentially use the organisation's products or services Produce information for customers/potential customers involving the Sage and Office software packages e.g.quotations Keep accurate records of discussions and/or correspondence with customers Process customer orders including the organisation of haulage Analyse data to determine the level of customer satisfaction the company is providing and producing reports accordingly Contribute to the quality management systems for customer service activities Be a team player and work within the team to deliver an exceptional standard of customer service Learn about the company's products or services and keep up to date with industry updates Essential: A well--rounded experience of delivering customer service in a demanding B2B environment Experience of dealing with export customers, export consignments,commodity codes, shipping and logistics etc. Computer literacy Desirable: Familiarity with Sage Foreign languages beneficial If you wish to apply to this exciting and progressive position which offers a competitive salary between 22K-25K per annum, please send your CV to James at Red Recruitment today! *We aim to reply to all applications within 48 hours.
