Job Description

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for an experienced nurse to join our established multidisciplinary anticoagulation team. The service aims to provide optimal anticoagulation for all patients and offers nurse led clinics. After appropriate training, the post holder would be expected to work in Hospitals, Healthcare clinics and patient's homes using specialist knowledge and skills for assessing patients and interpreting complex problems and provide the appropriate level of intervention. The post holder would be required to work autonomously guided by Trust policy and in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. We have excellent opportunities for professional and personal development within the anticoagulation team. Specialist skills, venepuncture is desirable. Full training is provided/Car driver and access to a vehicle is essential for this post.
