Have you gained payroll experience within a busy team? Have you worked within an outsourced, bureau environment? Would you like to work for a well-respected organisation on a Full Time, Permanent basis? Our client, based on the outskirts of Bath, is currently seeking an individual who is able to demonstrate payroll admin experience. The successful individual will have proven ability to handle multiple payrolls so that administering pay is taken away from employers, providing a seamless service to a rapidly expanding client base across the South West. A key part in the practical day-to-day running of client's payroll,working on a mix of weekly to monthly payrolls, as well as dealing with payroll and bank credits, processing tax and allowances and providing an auto enrollment service. You will be joining a modern organisation that can provide you with the opportunity to study payroll qualifications as well as future career progression. Applicants will have: * Twelve months + payroll administration experience ideally gained within an outsourced payroll environment. * The ability to confidently deal with most aspects of payroll. * The ability to build strong relationships with clients and communicate with them at a high standard at all times. * Excellent IT Skills and a good standard of education - this will include GCSE'S (or equivalent) in Maths and English with a minimum of Grade B or above in these subjects. * Experience of using Star payroll software would be extremely beneficial but not essential.
