Overview

If you’re an experienced payroll professional who has always wanted to be involved in the creation of a new payroll department, then this is for you. My client is a leading Accountancy Practice, who are looking to expand their offering with a state-of-the-art Payroll function. The firm already provides payroll services to a range of clients, via an outsourced facility but they want to build a function that provides a service that is beyond what any third party can offer. Where do you come in? Ideally you will be skilled and experienced enough to be able to come in to the business and build the payroll function from the ground up. The practice owners are absolutely open to receiving advice on systems, methods and delivery etc. This will be your project, to be delivered as you see fit. Once up and running, you will remain as Manager of the whole operation, helping to not only maintain your well-oiled machine but planning to grow the offering; potentially with extra staff which you will oversee.
