You will work closely with your manager and colleagues to deliver advice and co-ordinate support for disabled students. You will provide advice to academic and support staff on how to meet disabled students' access requirements and promote inclusive practices. You will participate in activities to develop the service and be given opportunities to develop an area of special interest. Why choose us? Your profile You will have experience of professional advice work. With a thorough understanding of the social model of disability and the Equality Act (2010), you will know how this applies to Further and Higher Education contexts. You will understand disability funding arrangements in Further and Higher Education and have expertise in developing and encouraging inclusive practices. You will have successful experience of working in a team, collaborating and problem-solving.
