Our home care avoids this, and our CAREGivers allow older people to live long and happy lives, whilst promoting their right to choice and maintaining their independence. If you have a passion for caring and the motivation to help us achieve our ambitions, we would love to hear from you. We spend a minimum of an hour at each visit as we believe it is important to spend time with our clients, not just dashing in and out. We match our CAREGivers and Clients, so they have something in common to talk about. You will see the same clients every week, meaning we get to develop and maintain strong relationships. Care Assistant - The Job: - CAREGivers required to help with - Companionship - Memory Care - Home Help - Personal Care Care Assistant - You: - Compassionate, reliable and genuinely caring - Someone who wants to make a difference to the life of someone senior in their local community - Available for part time work both during the week and on alternate weekends - No previous care experience is required! Full pre-employment training provided. FREE Induction and specialised training with QCF qualifications plus ongoing training and mentoring No qualifications are required as full training is provided. All we ask is that you have a big heart and want to make a difference to our client's lives. Specific hours and days of work can be mutually discussed at interview stage however you will need to be available every other weekend. You must hold a full UK license and have your own vehicle as you may take your clients out into the community or to appointments.
