Job Description
Lithium3 have an Insurance customer in London and we require the services of a Programme Director on a contract basis for an initial 12 month contract. To be considered for the role, we need to see experience of managing large IT transformation programmes in excess of 50m. It is imperative to have Insurance experience to be considered for this role, so we need to see multiple full life-cycle projects across Insurance technology stack, ie, Guidewire, Duck Creek, MuleSoft, BizTalk, webMethods, Hadoop, Terradata, Earnix, Radar, Opentext etc. We also require a Programme Director that knows Agile, DevOps and someone that has Cloud experience too. Our client can interview immediately and we have slots for next week already in the diary. A fantastic time to join this business for an initial 12 month contract. Role: * Provide thought leadership and draw upon internal and external best practice along with plans to deliver change and development * Support the delivery & management of technology and transformation * Develop sponsorship and support at the executive C Suite level * Strong stakeholder management * Drive the implementation of high impact initiatives * Co-ordinate systems and processes at an enterprise level * Deliver clear and concise messages to a variety of internal and external stakeholders * Financial planning in line with strategy * Ensure that the organisation design and operating structures and processes and systems are in place to deliver * Establish risk and issue management frameworks/initiatives In the first instance, apply to this advert and I shall be in touch with full details of the role and company.
