Job Description
Work as part of Pricing Office to engage and collaborate with finance, sales, marketing and product teams in order to ensure alignment on pricing strategy, tactics, and tools Build, maintain and optimise pricing policies and governance models used by commercial team Ensure that Pricing and Commercial Tools (PriceMargin/CPQ/Renewals) are updated with latest data and policies, and are being appropriately used within the organisation Collaborate with Sales and Deal Desks teams and provide support on both standard and complex deals Work with Offshore teams to capture and construct commercial and price data repository and analytical capability Generate analysis to inform pricing and commercial strategy decision making. Both tactically for specific deals and strategic analysis to inform decision making on wider corporate level. Act as SME for CPQ solution and any additional pricing or commercial technology solutions Skills and Experience 5+ years Pricing experience - background in price management, strategy, analysis and reporting Experience partnering with multi-functional stakeholders in order to drive change and implement best practice Experience developing compelling commercial & pricing propositions Demonstrate knowledge commercial contract issues affecting Software and Managed Operations. Demonstrate outsourcing industry knowledge in an IT, Software, Telco OR similar environment. Experience of operating in a rapidly changing environment, such as a major corporate reorganization, start up or PE backed transformation program.
