ASSISTANT MANAGER Our Client is looking for an Assistant Manager to work in one of their friendly award winning destination pubs/restaurant in a quiet village in the Berkhamsted area. This destination pub has lots of history and character, with a lovely outside garden that attracts customers for the high quality food and drink on offer. As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager and need to possess an understanding of the day to day running of a similar establishment and have a desire to progress in a dynamic forward thinking company, who is prepared to work hard in a friendly team.
