Job Description
Kitchen Porter - London - Full time permanent position. Juice Hospitality are recruiting for a permanent full time Kitchen Porter to join the team at a very busy catering school in central London. Role Responsibilities include: * Maintain and implementcleanliness of the kitchen areas, helping guests with requirements,products and ingredients. * Helping prepare workstations withingredients and clean downs. * Work closely with the Back of House manager to deliver the daily cleaning requirements * Operate the waste systems, handle rubbish * Deliver cleaning schedule requirements as instructed by the back of house manager/supervisor across all food prep areas Our ideal candidate: * High standards of cleanliness * Basic food hygiene although training can be given * Previous experience of working in a kitchen environment desirable * Experience of manual lifting * Excellent communication skills * The hours of this role are Tuesday - Saturday - (1400 - 2200) 40 hours per week with extra hours paid at 8.80 per hour.
