Job Description Job Title: Project Manager Job Location: Nottingham, UK Job Type: Permanent . The Responsibilities are as follows: Deliver results by using thorough planning and organization skills; effectively communicating progress of results to all groups Commitment to maintain service and operating level agreements Own the planning for projects - including project plans, resource plans and financial forecasts Drive the end-to-end delivery of projects within timescale, cost and quality constraints Develop team members through the individual development plans; identify skills and competencies for development (or leverage strengths) Proactively manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies, ensuring that these are identified, mitigated or escalated as necessary The Required skills are as follows: Experience in Project Management of Middleware projects essential Prior hands on technology experience required, must be technically savvy around Middleware and integration - ideally WebMethods Management experience in an IT environment/experience in working with and managing matrix-managed offshore resource teams Good experience in general project management, planning, staffing, risk and issue management Prince2 certification is an added advantage Thanks & Regards, Subrahmanyam Nadikatla Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
