Azure Data Factory / Big Data / Nosql / Azure data factory engineer / Big data engineer / nosql engineer / ADF / Big-Data / nosql * Title: Azure Data Factory Developer * Location : Sunbury On Thames * Duration : 8 Months Rolling Contract PS: No Architects and strategists please. Only Developers and people who can do heavy lifting work required. The Database Engineer will ideally possess the following key skills: * Excellent experience working with IaaS and Azure SQL server. * Exposure to Big Data and NoSQL technologies. * Solid scripting experience and experience of working with Azure data factory * Worked in an Agile, CI environment with VSTS and understands unit testing. * In depth understanding schema creation for databases, managing permissions. * Able to create data transformations and data pipelines. * Have worked on data ingestion (structured and unstructured data) from various sources such as blob storage, excel, SAP and others to sql. * Good understanding of Microsoft hub and spoke architecture. * Have some programming skills. The key technical skills are: * HDL/ SQL queries * Excel skills * Azure databases.
