Health And Safety And Compliance Training Co-Ordinator (Temporary) " Excellent temporary opportunity for numerate person to provide administrative support to a national H&S compliance training function" Salary: 12.31 per Hour (09:00 - 17:00) Temporary Contract 6 Month Contract (Immediate start). Location: Birmingham Commutable from: Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Warwick, Coventry, Rugby, Stratford, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Worcester, Alcester, Evesham, Studley, Birmingham, Stourbridge, Lichfield, Tamworth Our client is a market leader, part of a global plc, and has a number of heavy industrial and engineering, manufacturing sites nationally; they are looking for a Health and Safety and Compliance Training Co-ordinator at their Head Office to assist with the administration/coordination within the training department on a temporary 6 month basis. The Role: Health and Safety and Compliance Training Co-ordination Goods Receipting and Order Processing, The Ideal Applicant: Educated to a minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent in English and Maths/HND/BTEC/Degree in Business Studies or similar. The successful candidate will ideally have experience using Google Chrome SAP experience desired Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and the ability to influence others to achieve deadlines Proven interpersonal and communication skills, face to face, on the telephone and in writing Good time management, planning and prioritising ability for self and others Detail conscious, accurate and methodical Knowledge and understanding of organisations Experience of working under own initiative and with limited supervision Experience of confidential working practices Experience of previous administrative duties Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Mail Ability to manage a high workload: good organisational and prioritising skills, with the ability to multi-task and be flexible Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to be self-motivated Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to problem solve and make rational, logical recommendations Commercial awareness, strong customer focus Confidentiality and discretion are paramount Excellent command of English with strong writing and minute taking skills Must be available immediately.
