* Darlington * Head Of Development - Perfect transitioning role! * Starting Salary Up to 45k My client is looking for an experienced Web/Software Developer for their one of a kind opportunity to become a Head Of Development and grow your very own team. The only requirement is that you have strong hands on development skills! I have listed below some of the technical requirements however do not worry if you don't have absolutley everything as there will be plenty of opportunity to explore the huge self development budget which will enable you to complete certification and training. The eventual goal will to move into a CTO position once the team beneath you has been built. Role & Responsibilities * Ownership of continuous project delivery - being responsible for a timeline of development and testing for any new version releases. * Build and develop an internal team, ultimately moving away from the day to day development, and focus on growing a development team. * This includes working with an existing .NET system plus project delivering the port/migration of a legacy PHP app to .NET Core. * Obtain and structure feedback from users, to optimise the enhancements made and ensure we are providing what is most needed. * Agile approach to development required. * Work alongside our marketing team so that all systems developments are approached with a UX view point. * Ideas generation - bringing to life new improvements for our systems, meaning we stay ahead of the game and are considered the industry benchmark by our competitors. * Create and deliver project development plans, and ensure thorough testing before deployment to clients. * Generate reports use SQL. * Provide end-user support for any technical issues. * Generally, be our go-to guru for all things digital!
