POSITION: Care Assistant - Guaranteed Hours SALARY: 17076.80 - 17680.00 per annum pro rata BENEFITS: Company Pension, Additional pay for travel time, mileage paid, Double time on bank holidays and other benefits (see below) HOURS: Part Time - Guaranteed Hours - Various Work Patterns LOCATION: Swansea SA1 to SA7. DESCRIPTION: Based in Swansea, our client provides home-care and companionship of the highest quality, in order to enable its clients to remain independent at home for as long as possible. The company operate very differently from other care companies as they offer a minimum 1 hour client call every time, the emphasis is on providing the same Care Assistant to the same clients for continuity purposes. Due to continued success the company is seeking to recruit a part-time Care Assistant. The company will match clients to your shared interests, hobbies and personality and you will visit the same clients each week. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a five star employer. Living locally and have the right to work in the UK. No previous care experience is required! Full pre-employment training provided. FREE Induction and specialised training with QCF qualifications plus ongoing training and mentoring. Essential Requirements: Please note that it is essential for you to have your own reliable transport as many of the clients like to be taken out and about.
