Therefore, taking the trusted advisor role, we shape and steer the new, helping our clients making sense of it. The Role/Main Duties We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to lead the business analysis effort and requirements development for large, complex CXM Deployments across a range of public sector projects. The role focuses on process digitisation and we are looking for a passionate BA with the ability to discover processes which can be automated by technology. This is a sensitive task and involves running workshops to elicit requirements, gathering and analysing such requirements and then proposing solutions which have the customer experience at their very heart. Competencies * Can run a project definition and requirements workshops and to elicit clear requirements and resolve complex scoping issues and stakeholder conflicts * Has excellent communication skills, and can ensure that all workshops have clear agendas issued in advance, decisions and actions with owners captured and issued on completion of workshop * Can develop and facilitate structured workshops with complex and resistant stakeholder dynamics to a positive outcome. Able to create a workshop environment that supports creativity within agreed boundaries or framework and foster openness to change. * Ability to 'cut through' stakeholder requirements to what is essential and important through strong facilitation and prioritisation. * Ability to translate requirements into a customer centric Solution; appreciation of technology considerations/high level knowledge of technology solutions * Can produce high quality documents * Can translate high level requirements from a requirements document into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and enough detail that the technical teams can estimate effort and deliver within planned sprint. * Has experience working across a complex digital transformation project is essential * Can perform project estimation for BA related tasks * Can make recommendations for requirements approach for a specific project * Can produce a business case and seek approval from senior stakeholders * Works with senior business stakeholders to determine business change initiatives * Has technical Proficiency with a Range of BA Tools/systems and has experience across project delivery tools such as devOps or Jira. * Public Sector Experience, especially local government, is essential - understanding of culture, process * Agile/SAFe framework expertise and the ability to evangelise this process where necessary * Both Technical, System and Functional analysis expertise
